About Our Founder & CEO

Danielle is a lifelong Erie resident with a deep seeded love for her community. She is a  dedicated professional specializing in workforce development and education. Through her experience she discovered her passion for guiding and mentoring youth. Her journey has been focused on empowering the next generation with essential skills to pave their way towards success as adults.

Through her personal and professional experiences, Danielle has developed an understanding and ability to foster meaningful, trusting relationships with young people. She has strived to bridge the gap between education and practical skills, ensuring that young individuals are not only academically proficient but also equipped with the tools needed for real-world success.While in the classroom Danielle designed and taught lessons on critical life skills to seniors at Erie High School. Her commitment extended beyond the classroom, as she believes in fostering holistic development. Danielle has mentored multiple young adults and guided them on their path to adulthood. Having had the privilege of working closely with young minds, providing guidance, and creating a supportive environment she realized that more young people needed access to this information and guidance, so Danielle created a solution to meet that need, Future Focused. 

Future Focused is a program born out of necessity and a willingness to learn.  This is a community driven initiative that teaches young people fundamental skills they will need to flourish as adults. Future Focused collaborates with an array of local professionals to mobilize all the incredible knowledge and resources Erie has to offer- bringing back the village. This program offers engaging workshops that disseminate essential information, provides invaluable connections for the next generation, and aims to spark some career interest, too. 

Danielle is driven by the belief that education is a powerful tool for empowerment, and by instilling a sense of purpose and critical skills in the youth, we contribute to building a brighter future. As she continues on this journey, she remains dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of those she encounters, one opportunity at a time.
